Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, we do not. We are out of network providers, so we do not work directly with insurances. All initial payment is out of pocket. However, in most cases, we can provide a superbill, which is documentation you can submit to your insurance and potentially get reimbursed based on your out of network benefits.
The reason we do not take insurance is that it allows us to provide a higher quality of completely individualized care. We believe our entire focus should be on helping you achieve your health, fitness, and performance goals. We believe that the entire plan of care should be focused solely on what is best for you, and these decisions should not be influenced by insurance companies. Our model allows us to operate in this way.
-
Nope! No referral or script is needed. Our out of network model as well as Michigan being a Direct Access state means that you can come see us directly without a referral or script from a doctor.
